This is a reprint of what appears to be a page from the Miami Herald dated September 19, 1950. The subject is A.O. 
Edwards and the early development of Palm Beach Shores. Because this was originally a full size newspaper page, it was scanned in 4 segments for this presentation. The quality of the copy is marginal due to the age of the document.
Here is an article that appeared in the 50-plus section of a local newspaper in January 1991. A few things have changed, but the flavor of the Town remains the same.
