Anyone wishing to solicit funds for any cause, to take orders or to sell any item door-to-door within the town's limits must first obtain a solicition permit. However, a permit is not required for those minors soliciting funds for legitimate educational or civic related entities. Non-commercial religious, civic or political organizations are not required to obtain a solicitation permit.
The fee for a 30 day permit is $50.00 and $300.00 for an annual permit.
