Property Owners Association
Property Owners Association meets on the second Monday at 7:00 pm at the Community Center (Oct. through May)
The Property Owners Association was organized in 1950 and incorporated in 1953 "for the general purpose of advancing the civic, cultural and educational interest of the community". Officers are elected yearly and general meetings are held the second Monday evening 7:00 P.M. at the Community Center, October through May.
The Association has a number of committees dedicated to serving the members , The Environmental Committee, Social Committee, Subcommittees of Property, Landscaping, Beach, and Work. The Environmental Committee is concerned with the aesthetics of the town-landscaping of streets and parkway, condition of the beach and the environment. We are always happy to have Volunteers assist us in any and all events.
The Association annually prints the Palm Beach Shores Membership Directory.
