Garage Sale Permit form
No garage or yard sale may take place within the town's limits without first obtaining a Garage Sale permit. The cost is $10.00. Each property is allowed 2 permits per calendar year. One sign may be displayed on the property where the sale is taking place, no larger than 4 square feet.
